Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of CollectQ, a service operated by GESHAM LIMITED, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 07976017) with registered office at Balfour House, 741 High Road, London, England, N12 0BP.

1. Service

CollectQ provides subscription analytics and failed-payment-recovery tooling. We may update, improve, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

2. Your account

You are responsible for activity in your account and for keeping credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and comply with all applicable laws.

3. Fees

Paid plans are billed in advance on the cadence selected. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes.

5. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes.
